DVD 1. Is for someone who is new to physical exercise, or who has not exercised for a long time. This workout is seated only. 36 minutes

DVD 3. Is for anyone who enjoys a challenge and is already exercising regularly. We work at a higher intensity, building on what you have already learnt in DVDs 1 & 2. 54 minutes
