SkyParkSecure has taken this feedback and given it even more power. Should a car park rating fall below 4/10 it will completely removed from the SkyParkSecure comparison website until improvements are made.
Listening to customers and their feedback is one of the reasons why SkyParkSecure has gained an overall Reevoo customer rating of 94/100.
How can customers be further integrated?
SkyParkSecure have invested into customer testing to find insights into where their customers want them to improve upon. Once the insights are gained a further testing process is co-ordinated to ensure that results are representative for all of SkyParkSecure’s customers.
