Demand increases for ‘Don’t Pass It On’ Hand Sanitiser Stations.
Since launching its ‘Don’t Pass It On’ initiative last week, Cube’s hand sanitiser stations are now in full production and ready to be deployed at public venues across the UK.
Cube, in partnership with StoreFront International, developed the portable hand sanitiser units to provide businesses, events, hospitals and public facilities with a simple method of providing hand sanitation to visitors and staff to try and help mitigate the spread of Coronavirus.
Tried and tested in the vigorous environment of sports events, the units made their first appearance at Twickenham Stadium last weekend during the England v Wales Six Nations match. The hand sanitiser stations are also currently in action at the Cheltenham Racecourse for the Cheltenham Festival, where 24 units have been supplied.
This week, more stations will be deployed at high traffic locations around the UK, with units and supplies being delivered to Gatwick Airport, the Queen Elizabeth hospital in Birmingham, exhibition centres such as Excel, football clubs, nursing homes and major businesses.
Cube Management’s CEO, Andy Moss, said: “We’ve had an unprecedented response since our ‘Don’t Pass It On’ unit launch last week. These are very challenging times for us all and our main objective was to help the public service and events industry to remain operational, whilst supporting efforts to delay the spread of the virus. We are, therefore, grateful that we are able to play a part in helping these industries during this current grave public health concern.”
Cube’s ‘Don’t Pass It On’ stations include ten hand sanitiser dispensers and are designed to offer a highly visible public health communication opportunity to encourage engagement, as well as providing an effective means of cleaning hands and reducing the spread of the virus.
The units are both fully portable and fully brandable. Each dispenser unit contains hand sanitiser gel with 65% alcohol content, enough for approximately 500 applications.
Available for purchase or hire, the units can be rapidly deployed to locations across the UK.
