Claims Financial has today, 2nd March 2010, launched its ethical claims management programme for clients and business introducers.
The brand new initiative will see leading claims management company, Claims Financial, forge links with hundreds of small businesses, from chip shops to mortgage intermediaries, to help thousands of consumers seek justice from financial institutions.
The programme is a first for claims management companies in that the overriding objective is to provide a fair and ethical service for consumers who seek improvement to their financial situation.
Brad Askew, Managing Director of Claims Financial, says: We have launched this programme in response to growing discontent among introducers and clients toward the claims management industry.
Many other claims management firms often charge extortionate upfront fees and provide an inadequate service to their clients.
I recently read on BBC Money Box about a company who charge hundreds of pounds in upfront fees and promise its clients that their case will be won in a few months. But two years later they still have their clients money and the chances of the claim ever being successful are slim to nil.
Claims Financial is different. We dont charge any upfront fees; if we dont win your case then you do not pay a penny. We dont make false promises; we assess claims on merit and will not take on those unlikely to be successful. We do not want to waste the time and money of consumers who have already suffered enough at the hands of banks, lenders and local authorities.
In addition, we genuinely care about our customers and offer a personal service. Clients wishing to get an update on their claims can call us be put straight through to their personal claim manager rather than a call centre operative.
Through a network of introducers, the programme will reach out to thousands of potential clients who may not be aware of the redress that could be available to them when wronged by a financial institution.
Mr Askew continues: The claims management programme for business partners will help give access to thousands of consumers to an ethical, refreshing and positive service.
