Fast Fwd and meet ‘Katy Perry’ with Claire’s online competition!
A Birmingham-based digital agency has been retained by Claire’s Accessories to help them promote their ‘Katy Perry’ online competition, throughout Europe.
Fast Fwd Multimedia, having recently expanded into new accommodation in the Jewellery Quarter, was pleased to win the contract and see it as a recognition of their ability to deliver web design, creative and technical web development to a consistently high level. This is the latest in a series of high profile collaborations with Claire’s Accessories. Previously having worked together with brands such as The Vamps, Disney, One Direction, The Clothes Show and T4 On The Beach.
The project involves the creation of a ‘multi-lingual’ website that covers 15 different European nations and delivers the content in 11 different languages. The website uses state of the art “responsive” technology to ensure that people can access the website on mobile devices and tablets. The website promotes the Katy Perry Prism Collection available exclusively at Claire’s. The competition offers entrants the chance to meet Katy Perry and tickets to her concert at the O2 London on the 31 May 2014.
Katy Perry is a global pop phenomenon who shot to fame in 2007 with her edgy pop song, “I Kissed a Girl” since then she has sold more than 11 million albums and over 81 million Singles.
Customers may enter the Claire’s competition at www.clairesandkatyperry.com.
The online competition will be open for entries from 2 to 22 May 2014, and is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Hungary, Czech Republic and Republic of Ireland.
Kishen Hawkins, who founded Fast Fwd in 2010 said, “We are pleased that Claire’s has trusted us with another high profile project. It is great opportunity for us to continue to work with global brands. As a Birmingham based start up this is a great advert for the booming tech industry in the city.”
Kishen was also keen to emphasise the importance of accommodating the mobile audience with “responsive design” particularly when engaging with a teenage audience who use their mobiles for accessing the web – where over 40% of visits to previous Claire’s campaigns were from mobile devices.
