International Awards Associates Inc. (IAA) is pleased to announce its new awards competition, the 2016 Vega Digital Awards, in recognition of the singular achievements of small and medium-sized web design and advertising companies, and the creative professionals who are the driving force behind global digital communications industry. The competition is open to the entire online community. Ad agencies, public relations firms, interactiveagencies, in-house creatives, graphic and web deisgners, companies, organizations and web enthusiasts are invited to participate. Deadline for entry is November 30, 2016.
“We know that smaller-scale innovations and creativity are vital to the industry as a whole, but are often overlooked in the crowded marketplace,” Alex, Co-Managing Director said. “IAA will recognize and reward their inspired work. We hope to find, ecourage and reward the newest and brightest stars emerging in the world of digital communications.”
In particular, students are being offered free participation after the one-time administrative fee, no matter how many entries they submit. For all other participants, a small fee is required per entry, and is used to produce, administer and judge the competition.
“The award itself is unique among other competitive awards,” Alex added. “We drew its inspiration from the brightest stars in our galaxy, and the mythology of light and love that surrounds them. Levels of awards are also take the names of stars and constellations. We want this competition to reach higher and higher.”
The Vega Digital Awards is the second IAA-created competition. IAA, which is composed of award-winning design and communication professionals, also stands for ‘Inspire, Acknowledge, Achieve.’ “In a global marketplace, recognition of small business achievement is vital to the health of communities, and the economy as a whole,” Tan concluded. “By giving these exceptionally creative ‘stars’ the recognition they deserve, we can help move the whole industry forward.”
