She didn’t want a regular, run of the mill, fertility chart, but was hoping for one that had tracking for every aspect of her life, including her nutrition.

She found that in FertilityFlower.com.

Donielle says:

“I love using Fertility Flower’s charting software because of its holistic view of health, I had never seen anything quite like it before! Not only can I chart my temperature and fertility signs, I can also keep track of my nutritional intake, emotional state, and it even reminds me to spend quality time with my family. Beyond being functional, the site is beautifully designed and allows me to customize my own ovulation signs and store notes on my daily entries for future reference.”

FertilityFlower.com is an uncommon ovulation calendar, with software that is programmed to learn your own unique patterns through your cycles. It includes tracking for such thing as nutrition, and a myriad of symptoms of both ovulation and pregnancy, that make it a perfect choice for anyone looking for a reliable fertility calendar.

It offers two different membership options, and new users will get a free month to try everything on the site, to determine which option is best for them. After that month, they can opt for a free membership, or can select the paid membership to continue using all of the premium features.

It’s no surprise that FertilityFlower.com has partnered with NaturallyKnockedUp.com. They offer complementary information, and are a perfect fit for each other. They are both working towards the same goal, which is encouraging women to become educated about their own fertility. Both sites have a wealth of advice for women who are trying to get pregnant, as well as women who don’t necessarily want a baby right now. NaturallyKnockedUp.com’s focus on a whole food diet helps readers, not only with their fertility, but also with their overall health.

Similarly, FertilityFlower.com’s emphasis on natural family planning and natural birth control assists women in learning about their bodies, their patterns, and getting pregnant or naturally avoiding pregnancy. Together, these instructive and illuminating sites will change the way women view their bodies and their fertility.

As part of their partnership, FertilityFlower.com is proud to sponsor Donielle’s trip to Blissdom 2012. It is their hope that through networking at Blissdom, as well as the information she’ll be able to gather from the presentations, NaturallyKnockedUp.com will be able to reach an even larger audience, promoting natural fertility for women around the world.

With a day dedicated to women, the Conference has attracted some of the world’s top women entrepreneurs such as Martha Lane Fox and Lara Morgan along with Richard Branson and Sir Terry Leahy Day as key note speakers.

Denise Chilton comments “I often get asked by women “Can I really have it all? Running a business can be very demanding on your time so how can you be successful in business and fit in the rest of your life without adverse affects on your relationship and family? Well we can have it all if we believe we can, though we may have to prioritise, learn to say no and change some habits and routines.

“I believe the secret is to work out what you want from your life and get clear on where you are heading. You can then get the support you need to make it happen. We can often be our own worst enemy and allow a lack of confidence and self- belief to become barriers that hold us back. Coaching works wonders allowing you to spend thinking time to work everything out while having the support of a coach to champion you and keep you on track.”

“Last year I coached a woman whose children had left home for University, she was in a job that didn’t particularly challenge her and the dream was to have her own business making hats.

“In the coaching sessions we broke down the dream into bite sized chunks and shifted some limiting self beliefs. After a few sessions she was off and into action. She now has a converted space at home to work from, is on a part time university course to expand her skills and knowledge and has a clear business plan to take her through the next few years.

“In the past 12 months I have seen an increase in the number of women and small business owners coming to me. They see the return on the investment in themselves and in their business increasing their own productivity and sales, allowing them to work smarter and get the balance that’s right for them.”

KidStart’s two latest recruits, fresh out of university, thought they had all the skills they needed to thrive at the rapidly growing company but they had not counted on Co-Founder and Managing Director Julian Robson’s (tongue in cheek?) idea for helping them understand KidStart members better. They are becoming parents for a week – and will be competing for who does best. Julian comments:

“Unfortunately parenthood does not come with a set of guidelines and we are having a bit of fun with the youngest in the team to see how they cope. We felt it would help them communicate better with our nearly a million members if they appreciated the challenges of looking after a baby themselves” The two newest members of the KidStart team, James and Jo, will spend an entire week looking after ultra-realistic RealCare babies, supplied by Studica, programmed to cry, wake up and demand attention 24 hours a day, for 5 days. That’s 5 days of being woken up at night, 5 days of feeding and changing and 5 days of constant crying. James and Jo will have to figure out whether their baby needs feeding, burping, rocking or changing as well how to commute and work each day with their baby on hand. KidStart members will be able to help them out by offering advice and tips via Twitter and Facebook.

James, 23, the youngest employee at KidStart, is cautiously enthusiastic about getting his baby christened “Will”. “I’m really not looking to start a family any time soon so when Julian offered me the job I wasn’t expecting it to have this string attached but I suspect it will be bit of fun. I expect it to be a lot of work and I am not looking forward to the looks I will get on the tube. I also have a genuine phobia of dolls and waxworks, so I hope my RealCare baby is very realistic!” 24-year-old Jo seems more prepared for her week with baby “Kate”: “I am excited although a bit anxious as everyone expects me to be a better parent than James. I am wondering what my baby will look like, how I will manage to take care of her, and how people I know and do not know will react to seeing me caring for her.”

Who will be the best parent?

Keep up-to-date and offer parenting tips and advice in real time via twitter feeds, YouTube videos and daily diaries, all of which can be found on the dedicated micro-site at http://www.kidstart.co.uk/kspc.

EDITOR’S NOTES:

www.KidStart.co.uk is a loyalty club especially for parents that rewards families with money for their children when they shop at a wide range of retailers and service companies. KidStart is free to join and KidStart Savings are available in the high street at House of Fraser, JoJo Maman Bébé and Goldsmiths and online at nearly 500 retailers. KidStart is not a typical loyalty club. There are no points, no membership cards, no hassle, no catches, and no hidden charges. Just cash, for kids, for free – it’s simple.

And the most amazing news is that phenomenal relationships begins with the love that we have for ourselves. Yep, the prerequisite to great relationships is self-love. It is the foundation that sets the stage for incredible interactions, lasting friendships, a fulfilling life and an engaging marriage because it all starts with Y-O-U.

Here are three distinctive characteristics to help you best approach the relationships in your life including your marriage.

Attitude Start with a positive state of mind. Attitude shows up in many different ways, such as body language (you know the famous eye & neck movement), tone of voice and of course the words that escape our lips. As wives and mothers, we must model the right attitude because we are seen as role models, heroines and superstars to those around us. People witness the love that you have for yourself through your contagious attitude.

Mindset You must mentally understand that your core beliefs influence how you respond to situations, your thought processes and your actions. But, don’t misunderstand, if your mindset is not properly aligned with who you desire to be, then recalibration is possible. It is a decision that only you can make for yourself. We must challenge what we were taught as young children or even as an adult because these thought processes don’t always allow us to fully experience the best of life. To experience greatness in your relationships, you must get to the motivation behind your actions, response and behavior. A mindset of self love reflects out to the world as a woman who is confident, comfortable in her own skin and a person who values the gifts that she brings to this earth.

Behavior Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “What you do speaks so loud that I cannot hear what you say.” It’s our actions not our words that speak the loudest to who we are as individuals. Others are watching our conduct and they make assumptions based on what we do. And those perceptions dictate how others will treat us, interact with us, communicate about us and receive us. The love we have within commands us to behave in an admirable manner.

Self love shines through our attitude, mindset and behaviors thus increasing the feeling of trust, respect and love that others have for us. If you want to increase the satisfaction level of all your relationships, including the one with yourself; then spend time reflecting on the message that you deliver with your attitude, mindset and behavior. What does it say about you? All great relationships start with the person in the mirror. When you choose self love then you will experience phenomenal friendships, work relationships and an incredible marriage.

Spread the word. Some things shouldn’t be kept hush hush. And the message of self love is tops on that list.

Sex toy is an experience and meant to give you great experience. What do you want to experience is a very personal feeling and yours alone, no one could tell you to enjoy something that you actually don’t. Whether you have bought your first toy or buying your next one, if you’ve ever been in a toy store, online shop or novelty store you’d know that the market is flooded with products in various shapes, sizes, colors and styles. For first timer, you might confused about which one should you buy, because you don’t have any idea at all, and for you who would like to buy your next collection, you might over estimate your experience and end up with something you want to put in a garbage.

Sexual toys for women that perfect for you is about the right one, right size, right playability, right pleasure, right for your health, right for your style, right for your partner (if you have), right feeling, and ultimately right for you. They are making their long awaited debut to the public just in time for the holiday season.

Many pricey and luxurious beauty products on the market today are saturated with chemicals, artificial colors and fragrances, preservatives, sulfates and more. Some of the biggest beauty makers are unable to even publicize their products are cruelty-free and stand behind what they are marketing. “That’s exactly why I launched Wisely Made,” said Fabiola Lapeine, President of the luxurious Wisely Made line of all natural skin care and natural hair care products. “I love to look and feel beautiful, but many available commercialized hair and skin care products, unfortunately, do more harm than good, due to their harsh and extreme ingredients.”

Even the so-called “natural hair products” and “all natural skin care products” aren’t all they’re cracked up to be. “Having a featured ingredient like green tea, Shea butter or soy doesn’t necessarily make a product all-natural,” said Lapeine, a Registered Nurse. “Plus, it’s more than just having one specific ingredient in your product. It’s about having the right amount and combinations of other ingredient to actually have a beauty or health-enhancing effect,” she concluded. The Wisely Made All Natural Approach to Luxurious Beauty Re-launching with a new and improved line of all natural beauty products this November, Wisely Made bottles up the best from nature and leaves out the synthetic, chemical byproducts so prevalent in everyday beauty products. The company’s natural hair products cater to the needs of hair so it can heal, grow healthy and be strong. What’s more, Wisely Made hair care products can be used on any hair type and work exceptionally well with very tight curls and/or ethnic hair. Wisely Made’s all natural skin care products can be used on all types of skin and due to its lack of chemicals, only goodness and nutrients will be absorbed instead of toxins.

“Due to the intense research as well as quality of our ingredients, the benefits of Wisely Made products are never-ending and constantly nourishing. We are committed to offering quality, safe and real quality natural products and we stand behind our products 100%,” Lapeine said. About Wisely Made, Inc.: Wisely Made, Inc. is a produces and distributes a complete line of all-natural hair and skincare products for men and women. Their shampoos, conditioners, body washes, and other natural skin and hair care products contain no preservatives, no artificial colors or fragrances, and no chemicals of any kind. The company operates in the spirit of education and advocacy, hoping to enlighten consumers to the personal and global benefits of using natural products. There are now almost two million single parent families in the UK(3), a 12 per cent increase in the last decade, with nine our of ten run by single mothers(4). However, according to recent research, this vulnerable group fail to take the basic steps required to minimise household crime. Research conducted by key safe specialists, Master Lock, highlights that women in general are careless with the one item most critical to their home security – the house key. One in ten women leaves a spare key in an unsecure location outside their home such as under a rock, doormat or rubbish bin. Unfortunately, key negligence has taken its toll; one in 20 females questioned claim to have been a victim of crime as a result of lost keys, while a third have experienced the inconvenience of being locked out of their house in the past year more than once. Andy Culhane, sales director of Master Lock comments: “The value of a house key is often overlooked. It’s an everyday item that people can become blas about. Having a spare key in an easily accessible location provides some level of reassurance, especially in single parent households when there is only one responsible adult. However, you could be putting your household valuables, not to mention yourself or your loved ones more at risk by using unsecure locations to hide spare keys.”

The Master Lock research also highlighted that the majority of mums questioned (22 per cent) gave children their first house key as young as 11 years old. Alternative solutions to giving a child a key or hiding a spare key under a doormat are available. Master Lock’s Select Access range of Key Safes provides an increased level of security for anyone looking to keep a spare key around their property. Key Safes enable spare keys to be stored securely externally or internally to ensure improved key management, particularly for multiple key holders and provide a safeguard against getting locked out due to misplaced keys. Andy Culhane continues: “A key safe is a practical and convenient solution to single parents looking to give their children independent access to the home. It also gives them the peace of mind that their home is more secure as their children don’t have to carry spare keys around with them, which may get lost or stolen.”
