Clear Digital add Technical Director to Digital Consultancy team

Digital Consultancy and Project Management specialists, Clear Digital, today announces that John McKerrell has joined the company’s Board as Non Exec Director with a remit to provide expert advice on all matters relating to digital development and strengthen Clear Digitals network of contacts within the wider developer community.

A Computer Science graduate from the University of Leeds, John McKerrell spent 5 years with full service digital agency Fast Web Media, rising to the position of Technical Manager, before moving to Multimap as Senior Software Engineer. Following 3 years developing the Multimap JavaScript API he formed his own company, MKE Computing, working directly with clients on applications for the web and mobile devices. John is a regular speaker on geospatial technologies, including The State of the Map, Amsterdam 2009 and Where 2.0, San Francisco 2010.

Speaking on his appointment, John McKerrell said: "The ability to apply my development experience with a specialist digital consultancy was a great opportunity and I am looking forward to using my position on the Board to have an input into the future direction of Clear Digital".
