AHF raises awareness for children’s charity
Furniture and carpet retailer AHF is set to raise awareness for the Victoria Education Centre and Sports College in Poole with a special charity event.
The company has joined forces with the Victoria Education Centre and Sports College, a school for children between the ages of three and 18 that suffer with physical difficulties. They mainly assist those with cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy.
AHF will be delivering a brand new sofa to the charity in Poole, Dorset. However, before it reaches its destination, AHF will travel around the town and ask people to sit on the sofa. For every person that takes part, AHF will donate £1 to the charity.
AHF first opened its doors in 1979 and is now the largest employee co-operative in the whole of the UK. The company has a bespoke employee ownership programme, meaning that every employee is a shareholder and joint owner of the business. This ensures that AHF is able to provide its customers with the best service possible.
The retailer opened a brand new AHF store on Boxing Day of 2012. Despite hard economic times, AHF is working hard to expand its stores across the UK from its East Midlands base and is steadily growing.
At the moment, AHF is running its annual January sale, which offers some astounding discounts on top-of-the-range products. It can be found both online and in-store, with all of the included items being half price. There are even some extra special deals to be found in AHF stores.
Customers that purchase any of the bedroom ranges can expect free assembly and installation as standard, and the retailer also offers free fitting on each and every carpet purchased. These benefits and AHF’s excellent value for money all make it one of the best furniture and carpeting sellers around.
